Today my laptop is back online after more than a month sent for repair. Unfortunately, its LAN port can not be repaired and not covered in warranty. So I cancel the order and had to pay RM50 for service charge. Hampeh.
Now I used USB LAN port adaptor, and alhamdulillah, my laptop is back online and can voice/video conference.
